US Shipping Rates
As always, BambooFurnitureCollection.com is committed to keeping the cost of shipping as low as possible. For convenience, we also provide you shipping costs for each product as you shop on our site. You don't have to enter your zip code; the shipping costs have been precalculated and negotiated based on our volume shipping ensuring you get the best price possible.
Delivery Time
In Stock: BambooFurnitureCollection.com products are shipped within 2-3 business days from the date your order is placed. Delivery times vary for each product based on where the product is being delivered as well as the size and weight of the product. Typical delivery times are 5-7 business days from the date the order is placed. If your purchase is "time sensitive", please don't hesitate to contact one of our Product Specialists who can arrange for additional shipping options.
In Production: We strive to keep our most popular products In Stock at all times. However, there are some times of year, due to heavy demand, that a product may be marked as "In Production" to let you, our valued customer, know that the product is currently out of stock and "in production" and is scheduled to be back in stock very shortly, often within the month.
Custom and Special Orders: from BambooFurnitureCollection.com are made specifically for each customer and therefore require more time for delivery from the date the order is placed.
Damages During Shipping
STEP 1) PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. If your product arrives damaged, you must document the damage on your Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt with the shipper before they leave your delivery location. Please do not dispose of any packaging materials and/or boxes until you have thoroughly inspected your order and are completely satisfied with the product you have received.
STEP 2) Please contact us immediately to report shipping damages for replacements on damaged parts. Also, be sure to document any and all damages on your Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt with the Delivery Driver who will also sign as a witness.
