Returns and Exchanges


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority which is why we provide only the highest quality bamboo products available worldwide. In the event that a return is necessary, we have a simple and straight-forward process in place to ensure a hassle-free return and product exchange.

STEP 1) PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. If your product arrives damaged, you must document the damage on your Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt with the shipper before they leave your delivery location. Please do not dispose of any packaging materials and/or boxes until you have thoroughly inspected your order and are completely satisfied with the product you have received.

STEP 2) If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product according to the following return policy:

    Return Policy:

    Items purchased from BambooFurnitureCollection.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase for any reason as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. (The only exceptions are special and custom orders which cannot be returned.) Please note that ALL shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer as well as a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us and we will issue a Return Authorization Number and answer any questions you may have.

Custom and Special Orders:

Custom and Special Orders are made specifically for each customer according to their specifications and therefore cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturer's defect.

Damages During Shipping:

Please contact us immediately with any shipping damages for replacements on damaged parts. Also, be sure to document any and all damages on your Bill of Lading with the Delivery Driver who will also sign as a witness.

Cancellation Policy

All In Stock orders may be cancelled at any time before that item is shipped. Once an In Stock product has been shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy procedures for a simple and hassle-free return. Custom and Special Order products are made specifically for each customer according to their specifications; therefore Custom and Special Order products may be cancelled at any time before production begins. However, once production has begun there are no refunds or cancellations.
